Randy is co-owner and co-founder of Sapphire Landscaping. He started the company with a vision to provide unparalleled customer service combined with impeccable attention to detail to create a resort style experience for people in the comfort of their homes. Randy has an Architectural degree from Lawrence Technological University and a Masters in Business Administration from Oakland University. He brings over 10 years of real estate expertise and a passion for luxury home building and landscape design. This unique combination of Architectural Design, Real Estate Services & Technical Construction knowledge helps position Sapphire to accommodate a truly unique design & build experience.
Antonio V. Cardillo
Co-Founder & COO
Antonio is co-owner and co-founder of Sapphire Landscaping and has over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial landscape, hardscape construction and build management. He is responsible for corporate financial business plan objectives , pre-construction marketing business development, purchasing and yard operations.
Antonio oversees and takes an active role in developing bid and sales strategies, reviews and landscape design approvals, evaluation of subcontractor bids, proposal preparation, presentations, and marketing material . Antonio currently holds MDOT authorized contractor certifications. His experience and success has been with strong emphasis on self-preform work such as concrete , hardscape , landscape design and build. Antonio obtained his business degree from Macomb Community College in Michigan. He currently resides in Troy Michigan.
Derek Casuccio
Senior Project Manager
Amy Valley | Office & Financial Manager
Amy has over 12 years of experience working in Accounting, Office Management and HR. She received her degree from Oakland University while simultaneously working full time as an Accounting Coordinator. Since then, she has worked in the Manufacturing, Law and Construction industries in managerial roles. Amy is Sapphire’s Financial Controller and Office Manager. She loves crunching numbers, working in Excel and helping to keep the office organized. Outside of work Amy has travelled all over the world to rock climb, hike and adventure. She lives with her husband and two cats and loves to read, mountain bike and play board games.
